Sniffin Around STL Scent Work Club
July 19, 2025 (Saturday) - Clue Murder Mystery Game Day to be held at Gateway Church of the Nazarene located in Bridgeton, Missouri.
Each working team will participate in several scent work runs including interior and containers, to try and use their detective skills to solve a murder mystery based on the clues found. This event is open to handlers and dogs of all skill levels from novice to master.
There will be two different time slots offered, an AM session from 9:15am - 11:30am and a PM session from 12:15pm - 2:30pm. A maximum of 6 handler and dogs teams will be allowed per time session. All teams will check in 15 minutes before the start time for their time slot, receiving a briefing of the game and the search areas.
The fee is $45.00 for club members and $65.00 for non-club members.

August 9, 2025 (Saturday) - Read A Dog Like A Book Seminar presented by Michael McManus, CNWI and NACSW Judge & Certifying Official, to be held at Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri.
In this seminar, we are going to focus on you, the handler, and your ability to understand what your dog is saying to you in all components of the search. You’re going to learn how reading your dog isn’t just about knowing the moment your dog is on source but everything your dog is trying to communicate with you from the car to calling Finish!
There will be 10 working slots available and an unlimited number of auditing spots. The fee per working handler/dog team is $100.00 for club members and $120.00 for non-club members. The fee for an auditing spot is $40.00 for club members and $60.00 for non-club members.
